PARNELL, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a 29-year-old Hopkins man is in serious condition after a single-vehicle wreck in Nodaway County.

At 10:45 p.m. last Friday, Poppa lost control of the vehicle which skidded and drove off and on the road before going airborne, crashing and overturning.

Poppa, who wasn't wearing a seatbelt, was taken to Mosaic Life Care of Maryville with serious injuries.
