ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The third oldest apple blossom festival in America has announced it's theme for this year. The theme for this year's parade in St. Joseph will be "Apple Blossom Garden Party: Room to Bloom."
The Facebook announcement says the Apple Blossom Pageant will be on March 19 while the Parade will be on May 7.
