One street in Maryville will be closed this week because of the South Main construction project.
West South Avenue, immediately adjacent to the Main Street intersection, will be closed today and tomorrow, with plans to reopen it on Wednesday. The closure is because the contractor is working to expedite the storm sewer installation in this location.
City Manager Greg McDanel adds that restriping of South Main, from V Highway to the 71 Highway Bypass, will also occur this week.
