Hy-Vee offers free Pfizer vaccine for 16-17 year-olds

The largest grocery store chain in our listening area now has free Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine booster doses available to 16- and 17-year-olds.

Hy-Vee announced that it now has the boosters available at its pharmacy locations across its eight-state region. Hy-Vee wants to remind people that a parent or legal guardian must consent to the vaccination and accompany all minors to their vaccinations.

Vaccinations are by appointment only. More information, as well as information on scheduling a vaccine, can be found at hy-vee.com/covidvaccine .
