CLARINDA, Iowa - One local library is getting in the holiday spirit. The Clarinda public library will be hosting a free concert and open house Wednesday, December 8 at 6:30 p.m.
Library Director James Hoppman says as well as coming by for light refreshments, people can come to the library to see local perfomers.
