CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - At their latest meeting, the Chillicothe City Council discussed the new proposed boundaries to their four wards.
City Clerk Roze Frampton says every 10 years when the census is done, the city needs to redistrict the wards to make them as equal as possible in population.
Frampton adds that this year, the overall population decreased 408 people to 9,107, with around 2,270 people in each ward.KXCV-KRNW
