ST JOSEPH, Mo. - St. Joseph police say a teenager died following a shooting at an apartment complex.
Police say Chance Kelley, 17, was the victim of a deadly shooting at the Oak Ridge Apartments near South 12th and Angelique Streets last Thursday afternoon around 5 p.m.
Authorities found Kelley with a critical gunshot wound. Kelley would later died at Mosaic Life Care. Police haven't released any suspect information. The investigation continues.
