ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - A 36 year old Agency man was killed in a fatal car accident over the weekend.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Joshua Oliver was driving a 2019 Chevy Silverado on 169 Highway, less than a mile outside of St. Joseph.
At 3:05 p.m. Sunday the Chevy traveled off of the highway, went airborne over an embankment, struck a tree and overturned. Oliver, who was wearing a seatbelt, was transported to Mosaic Life Care where he was pronounced dead.
