MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Nodaway County Health Department has confirmed a 28th COVID-19 related death in the county as well as nearly three dozen new cases.
The Health Department didn't release any information about the latest victim, but health officials announced 30 new COVID-19 cases in the county over the span of four days, July 30 through Aug. 2.
There are currently 64 active cases in the county, as well as five current hospitalizations. The last time there were this many active cases in the county, was on Jan. 20th of this year.
