Bethany Board of Aldermen discusses vehicle ordinance

BETHANY, Mo. - At it's latest meeting, the Bethany Board of Aldermen approved the use of a recreational vehicle under a previous ordinance passed last year.

City Administrator Jake Taylor told KXCV/KRNW that the ordinance states that if anyone wanted to put a camper on a piece of property that was zoned residential, they need to get permission from the city council, have a cement spot, utility hook ups, and every surrounding land owner has had to approve it.

As for other items at the meeting, Taylor says a newly elected president for the Parks and Recreation Department has been giving monthly updates on improvements in the park including the ball field and the pool.
