St. Joseph offering Parks Passport this summer


ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - For the first time ever, St. Joseph residents will be able to explore local parks and playgrounds this summer with a chance to earn prizes.

Special Events and Communications Coordinator for the St. Joseph Park and Recreation Department Jessica Oshel  told KXCV/KRNW that the free program is called Parks Passport.
