SAVANNAH, Mo. - The Savannah Branch of the Rolling Hills Library unveiled an outdoor feature to promote both reading and physical activity.
Public Information Specialist Alan Stolfus told KXCV/KRNW that the attraction will transform the pages of a popular children's book.
