CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - The Chillicothe City Council updated an agreement at it's latest meeting.
City Administrator Darin Chappell told KXCV/KRNW that the city council discussed and authorized a cooperative contract with Livingston County Community Development for the maintenance of the Silver Moon Plaza.
Chappell adds that the city council also approve a zoning change for the House of Prayer Rescue Mission in town and approved the sale of two pieces of property that the city owned.KXCV-KRNW
