An expansion at the Northwest Missouri State University's Wright Farm is set to begin this week by crews hired by the university.
The expansion will include the construction of a new entrance and an eastbound turn lane on U.S. Route 71 between Route CC and Icon Road. U.S. Route 71 will be narrowed around the construction, a speed limit of 50 miles per hour will be in place, and flaggers will assist drivers through work zones when needed.
Motorists should expect delays and may want to use alternative routes during the project. Schedules are subject to change.
