Burn period extended until June 9th for Maryville

The City of Maryville has extended the burn period for residents through June 9th. The city ordinance has identified three times a year for burning yard waste including April 1 and 14, July 17 and July 31, October 24 and November 6 from dawn until dusk or as changed or lengthened by City Council primarily based on weather conditions. Materials permitted to be burned include leaves, small twigs, and grass clippings.  Again, the current burn period has been extended through June 9th.
