Clarinda City Council to meet tonight

 The Clarinda City Council meets tonight.  Agenda items include a public hearing on a proposed designation of the Walnut Hills Housing Urban Renewal Area and a resolution setting a date for a meeting to discuss an agreement with a private developer, including annual appropriation of tax increment payments.  Tonight's Clarinda City Council meeting gets underway at five o'clock at the Clarinda City Hall.
