The Nodaway Community Theater Company will hold auditions for its upcoming youth musical "Sally Sells Seashells (And You Can, Too!)" Saturday, January 19th at 2 p.m., or Sunday January 20th at 4 p.m. Choreographer Nina Dewherst says the show will feature up to 17 students.
" The musical title is Sally Sells Seashells and You Can, Too!, so it's kind of a tongue twister. It will have up to 17 youth actors from 5th to 8th grade. I think it's going to be a lot of fun. It takes place at the beach. It has a lot of upbeat songs."
Students are asked to pay $35 for an activity fee, but scholarships will be provided as needed. Performances are set for Thursday, March 21st through Saturday, March 23rd at the Rose Theater.
