The former Director of the Livingston County Library in Chillicothe, Robin Westphal is now Missouri's State Librarian. She says it's an honor to be back in Missouri after leaving for a similar postion in Johnson City, Tenn.
Westphal started her new job as State Librarian on Monday, April 9 and says she looks forward to her new role.
