Today the Missouri Department of Transportation is asking drivers to drive safely around workers in work zones as part of the National Work Zone Awareness Week. Senior Communication Specialist for MoDOT Marcia Johnson says this is a great way for drivers to become aware of work zone workers.
Johnson also says you can stop by MoDOT's district office in St. Joseph for photo opportunities.
MoDOT's district office is located at 3602 N. Belt Highway in St. Joseph.
