Loess Hills Timber and Prairie Field Day set for May 12

The Loess Hills Timber and Prairie Field Day is coming up this month.

On May 12 at the Jamerson C. McCormack Conservation Area in Holt County, the Missouri Department of Conservation will host the new event, beginning at 10 a.m. MDC Media Specialist Bill Graham says the field day focuses on timber for property owners and that the area is a great place to spend the day.

The Loess Hills Timber and Prairie Field Day takes place May 12 starting at 10 a.m. Reservations are required and can be made by contacting Jim Pierson at 660-442-3173, extension 144.
