Call for artists for Livingston County Library comic-con
The Livingston County Library in Chillicothe is calling all artists interested in displaying their work at the county's first library comic-con to submit samples of their work. Adult services coordinator Monica Holmer says that artists of all kinds are welcome.
The deadline to submit samples is Friday, April 27. To be considered, send your name, age, contact information, and 2-3 photo samples of your work to monica@livingstoncountylibrary.org. Those chosen will have the opportunity to exhibit their work May 5 at the library's comic-con. Holmer says this event will follow many of the same themes as a bigger convention.
All ages are welcome to the event, and you do not need to have a library card to attend.
