Northwest Missouri could receive 2 inches of snow beginning this afternoon

National Weather Service Meteorologist Chris Bowman says northwest Missouri can expect around two inches of new snow to fall today.

This adds to the snowfall and freezing drizzle parts of northwest Missouri received Monday. Bowman says storms bringing new snow should begin this afternoon.
