The Maryville City Council spent time discussing improvements to the Northwest Missouri Regional Airport during last night's meeting.
According to City Manager Greg McDanel the Council approved several ordinances that cleaned up contract language on grants the city has received to help fund the work at the airport. McDanel added that a public hearing was held concerning potential annexation of property now owned by the Maryville Industrial Development Corporation.
The Maryville City Council also approved a lease agreement to provide cleaning equipment for the Mozingo Lake Recreation Park Conference Center.
