Arts, Rhythm & Brews festival returns to Maryville in May

The dates have been set for the third annual Arts, Rhythm and Brews Festival in downtown Maryville. The event is set to take place May 18, from 7-11 p.m. on the Square. Maryville Public Art Committee President Mark Hendrix says this year's event will once again be a celebration of public art downtown.

Last year's event was hindered slightly by rain, but businesses on the Square were able to house the attendees and the event went on as planned. Hendrix says he's hoping for better weather this year. Additionally, Hendrix says the committee is looking for volunteers to put on this year's event.
