Rolling Hills Library hosts African-American "read-in"

The Rolling Hills Library will be celebrating Black History Month with a special event next week.

On Tuesday, Feb. 6, the library will have an African-American Read-In at the Belt Branch in St. Joseph from 5-8 p.m. Public Services Librarian Tina Edwards says the event will feature a number of local residents, including St. Joseph City Councilwoman Joyce Starr.

The public is invited to the event, which will include a small buffet meal and general fellowship. The Belt Branch of the Rolling Hills Library is located at 1904 N. Belt Highway in St. Joseph.
