New St. Joseph co-working space to open in historic downtown

St. Joseph is exploring a new office space venture. On Jan. 31 there will be an opening reception for CoJoe, an innovative co-working space located in historic downtown St. Joseph. According to St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce Director of Communications and Marketing Kristi Bailey, plans for CoJoe started three years ago.

CoJoe is located on the first floor of 518 Felix Street, and the Chamber was assisted in planning for the facility by a group of local entrepreneurs, small business owners and officials from Missouri Western State University's Craig School of BUsiness, the City of St. Joseph, and Innovation Stockyard. Bailey says there are a number of options for renting out space in the building.
