The Missouri Corn Growers and Northwest Corn Growers will hold an informational meeting Thursday, Jan. 18 at the Fulkerson Center at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Mo.. Senior Board Member for the Missouri Corn Growers Morris Heitman says this will be a great opportunity for all producers to get together and learn from one another.
Heitman also says there will be several keynote speakers ranging from the Vice President of the U.S. Grains Council Kimberly Atkins to Meteorologist Bryce Anderson who will provide a weather outlook and how it will affect farming for 2018. This event begins at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 18 with registration starting at 8:30 a.m.
