MacArthur Drive in St. Joseph closes today

The City of St. Joseph is closing a street for about a year and a half starting today.

According to a release, MacArthur Drive in St. Joseph will close today due to construction of the Blacksnake Creek Stormwater Separation and Improvement Project from Main Street to Highland Avenue. The road is expected to remain closed until the fall of 2019.

Alternate routes to the Remington Nature Center, St. Jo Frontier Casino and Heritage Park Softball Complex would be north on I-229 to Highland Avenue at Exit 7, or follow Main Street north to Highland Avenue and then proceed west.
