Four persons will be running for the two positions on the Maryville City Council up for election this April.
Incumbent Maryville Mayor Jason McDowell and Councilman Jerry Riggs have filed for re-election and are being challenged by Matt Johnson and Jason T. Sybert. The filing deadline was yesterday afternoon at five o'clock.
This year's election will be held Tuesday, April 3.
