Three Maryville residents arrested on drug charges

Three Maryville residents have been charged in connection with an undercover drug investigation conducted by Maryville Public Safety and the Nodaway County Sheriff's office. According to a report from Nodaway County Sheriff Randy Strong, after several controlled and covert purchases of methamphetamine, a search warrant at an apartment located at 515 East 7th Street resulted in several seized items submitted for lab analysis where further charges may be filed.

Nodaway County Prosecuting Attorney Robert Rice charged 21-year-old Caleb Grady with distribution of a controlled substance within 2,000 feet of a school zone. 61-year-old Robert K. Saunders of distribution of a controlled substance and 51-year-old Orin Hill with distribution of a controlled substance.
