Nodaway County Extension Office hosting meeting tomorrow morning

The Nodaway County Extension Center in Maryville will host a morning coffee meeting tomorrow beginning at seven o'clock to discuss corn nitrogen management, replanting, forage production, and more.

Field Specialist, Wayne Flanary, says that a wide variety of topics will be discussed at the meeting.

"There's been a lot of weather challenges this spring.  So questions coming into the Extension Center are about replanting, nitrogen application to corn.  A lot of the corn is yellow and people are trying to decide if they need to do something or is the nitrogen lost they applied.  Prevent plant, people are asking that.  Forages and so forth.  So a whole range of topics will be discussed."

You can RSVP for this meeting by contacting the Nodaway County Extension office at 660-582-8101. The meeting will be held in the Nodaway County Administration Building.
