Bridge work to begin on Route 46

Plans are underway to replace four bridges on Route 46 west of Maryville: Big Slu Bridge, Florida Creek Brdige, Stream Bridge and White Cloud Creek Bridge.

There will be an open house at the Northwest Missouri Regional Airport Terminal Buidling, located at 25775 Hawk Road in Maryville on Tuesday, July 9th from 4-6:00 p.m. to discuss public information about the bridges and the repair. Designers and engineers from the Missouri Department of Transportation and their consultants will be on hand to discuss construction plans for bridges, potential detour routes and to hear comments and concerns.

The four bridge repairment projects are currently scheduled to go out for bid to contractors in December 2019
