5-year old in serious condition after being struck by vehicle

A pedestrian was seriously injured yesterday in Dekalb County on a private residence, 2 miles north of Stewartsville. According to the Missouri Highway patrol, 83-year-old Stewartsville resident, James Farr, was backing up on private property and struck 5-year-old Stewartsville resident, Grayson Griffin. Griffin was transported by Dekalb County Ambulance to Mosaic Life Care in serious condition.
