The Lied Public Library in Clarinda, Iowa will be hosting their Community Concert later in May. Library Director, Andrew Hoppmann says the the event is open to the public to enjoy live music as a community.

"We try to hold those outside the library in our outdoor pavillion, weather permitting.  If the weather is bad, we still have the concert.  We just move it inside to the library.  But we're having Joshua T. Merello come and he is a classical guitarist from the Kansas City area."

Lied Library officials in Clarinda ask that people bring their own lawn chairs to the concert. The event is set for Saturday, May 18th at 2:00 p.m.
