Flooding along the Missouri River has caused damage to roadways in northwest Missouri. The following routes will remain closed indefinitely.
In Atchison County, US Route 136 from I-29 to the Missouri River
In Buchanan County, US Route 59
In Carroll County, US Route 65 and Route 10
In Holt County, Route P and US Route 159 from Route P to the Missouri River.
MoDOT is considering emergency contracts and further action to reopen these roads, but there is no estimated date at the moment. For more information, visit modot.org, or 1-888-ASK-MODOT.
