The South Nodaway board approves filing for 2 board positions

The South Nodaway R-4 Board of Education met last week.
The board approved the filing dates for two openings on the Board of Education. South Nodaway Superintendent Johnie Silkett says the process of filing will begin soon.

"The filing starts on the 11th and we have set up through there the dates and times that our offices are open, I believe in the middle of January.  We have two positions that are open; we have two board members that their terms are up.  That was Debbie Bennett and David Klam.  So we'll be starting that process very soon."

The filing dates are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. December 11th through the 14th, December 17th through the 21st, and January 2nd through the 14th, as well as 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. January 15th at the school building in Barnard.
