The Southwest Iowa Theatre Group will present It's A Wonderful Life: The Musical on Friday, November 30th, the weekend of December 1st and 2nd, and the following weekend of December 7th, 8th, and 9th. President of the Southwest Iowa Theatre Group Shawn Munsinger says they wanted to put on a show that is familiar with patrons and community members while still being in the holiday spirit.
"We wanted to select a Christmas musical that would be familiar with many of our patrons and community members. And just fascilitate the meaning of Christmas and everyone in the holiday spirit and cater to the cast of a large group musical of men and women that includes some young adults as well."
The Friday and Saturday shows will begin at 7:30 p.m. and the Sunday shows will begin at 2 p.m. each weekend.
