Hegeman Selected Chairman of Appropriations Committee

State Senator Dan Hegeman, a Republican from Cosby, has been selected as the chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee.
The Senate Appropriations Committee is tasked with giving the preliminary approval for the state's operating budget. Hegeman's stint as chairman will begin when the 100th Missouri General Assembly convenes for its first regular legislative session on January 9th.
