2 Chillicothe residents arrested on drug charges

A Livingston County search warrant has resulted in the arrest of two Chillicothe residents. According to a report from the Chillicothe Police Department, 47-year-old Rodney Henderson and 34-year-old Mandy Stover were arrested for endangering the welfare of a child and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.  

Officers also seized what they call a substantial amount of methamphetamine and marijuana along with evidence of narcotics distribution.  

The arrests were the result of a months' long investigation conducted by the Chillicothe Police Department, Livingston County Sheriff's Department, Missouri Highway Patrol and the Lafayette County Drug Task Force.
