From Brownville to Alliance, Neb. there is a network of more than 100 arboretums and public gardens.
To celebrate the Nebraska Statewide Arboretum 40th anniversary, the Brownville Fine Arts Association is encouraging people to go on an Arboretum Adventure. Board Member with the Brownville Fine Arts Association Jan Wright says visiting each arboretum will give everyone a chance to create rubbings of each Arboretum's adventure plaque, to be saved to an Arboretum Adventure Guidebook.
Wright adds the Arboretum Adventure can be enjoyed by a wide range of participants, and will even be giving out family-friendly prizes.
