Maryville Public Safety comments on catalytic converter thefts

After a rash of catalytic converter thefts on and near the Northwest Missouri State University campus, the threat seems to have abated.

Maryville Public Safety director Keith Wood says it was likely a nomadic group that committed most of the thefts.

Wood says he hopes the case will be solved soon, but it may not be MPS that solves it.
