The University of Missouri-Columbia's University Extension Department will hold a cattle seminar for area producers later this week.
The 2017 Beef Producers Seminar & Trade Show will be hosted by St. Peter's Catholic Church in Stanberry, Mo., beginning at 6 o'clock Thursday evening. Livestock specialist Jim Humphrey says various speakers will focus on creating value for cattle. The schedule includes four speakers who specialize in different aspects of livestock production.
The 2017 Beef Producers Seminar & Trade Show starts at 6 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 9, in St. Peter's parish hall and will be followed by a beef dinner at 7.
