A Mound City area farmer, Dylan Rosier, was recently appointed to the Missouri Corn Merchandising Council Board of Directors.
Rosier farms alongside his father and brother, growing corn and soybeans. He also serves as a board member of the Mound City Methodist Church and is a member of the 2017 class of Agriculture Leaders of Tomorrow.
Rosier will be nominated to the Missouri Corn Growers Association board at the organizations's annual meeting in January. The Missouri Corn Merchandising Council board of directors is comprised of 15 farmers elected from across the state. This volunteer board was formed in 1984 with the passage of a corn checkoff and is dedicated to market development, research and education.
