Farmers must stay alert to seasonal hazards

Harvest season is underway and that means a potential risk for farmers. The Nebraska Public Power District reminds farmers to "Look Up and Around" for power lines during fall harvest. Communication Technology and Corporate Media Coordinator for Nebraska Public Power District Clint Pryzmus says the message's importance is critical.

Pryzmus adds tractors and other equipment are getting bigger each year. Some of the same routes taken over the years might have to change in order to accomodate that equipment. Pryzmus has tips for farmers who might find themselves in a difficult position.
