The Missouri Department of Conservation will host a deer management workshop from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 30, at the Keytesville Community Center located at 301 West Bridge Street in Keytesville, Mo. Private Land Conservationist Rich Crowe says he hopes learning how to keep deer populations healthy will also boost the number of hunters.
The workshop includes a lunch and will cover topics like attracting deer, managing habitats, and disease considerations.
