Fugitive hunt results in arrest

On Monday the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office received notice that 42-year-old Brian Vincent Bowman was arrested by police in Raytown, Missouri.

Bowman was wanted on a Livingston County warrant for an alleged probation violation on an original class D felony resisting arrest/detention stop and for creating a substantial risk of serious injury and/or death. Bond was denied by the court.

Bowman is more recently remembered as being the suspect who jumped off the Grand River Bridge to allegedly avoid arrest by Livingston County Sheriff's Detective Ryan Ford on April 29.

Potential additional charges in Livingston County are pending.
