Chillicothe man arrested for making false bomb report

A Chillicothe resident has been arrested for allegedly making a false bomb report. 53-year-old James Robert Forbis was arrested on July 20 and was charged in Livingston County Associate Court.

He was incarcerated in the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail in lieu of a $2,500 dollar bond. This arrest dates back to a May 10 investigation where the Livingston County Sheriff's Office and the Missouri State Fire Marshall's Office were summoned to a location near Livingston 510 and Livingston 503 for a report of two improvised explosive devices.
