Memorial Day Weekend crash report

Five people were killed in traffic crashes over the Memorial Day weekend. That's down from 13 a year ago. None of the deaths came from accidents in the Troop H region of northwest Missouri.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, they investigated 345 crashes, which caused 128 injuries. 107 people were arrested for driving while intoxicated and there were 125 drug arrests.

There were no boating fatalities, although three drownings were reported in the state.
