Albany Board of Aldermen meet

The City of Albany Board of Aldermen met recently and Albany City Administrator Derek Brown says an ordinance was passed after a request by auditors to clarify and authorize continuance of certain interfund transfers and charges.

Items also discussed included an employment agreement with Brown and the acceptance of an easement of right-of-way for underground pipeline and above ground regulation from Bogle Township. Albany liquor license applications were also presented to the board. Applications will be considered for approval at the next regular meeting. No new applicants were represented, only current license holders.

The next regular meeting will be held at 5 p.m. on June 20.
