Chillicothe City Council considers six bid projects

The Chillicothe City Council met yesterday. Highlighting the agenda were discussions on six bid projects and all six were accepted. Chillicothe City Clerk Roze Frampton says, even though all six bids were accepted, the 2017 street improvement had to be changed because it would have been over budget.

The five other bids that were accepted were for city hall repairs, the airport hanger sewer project, railroad repairs, street skid steer and bids for a police car. Frampton also says the city is without a city manager for the time being but that shouldn't last long.
